What happens at my first class?

Arrive 10 minutes early. A coach gives you a 5-minute movement screen, shows you the warm-up and stays near you all class.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. Every movement has an easier version. You set the pace; we set the weights.

Workout clothes and flat shoes (running shoes are fine for HIIT). Bring water.

Free parking behind the building on Harrison St, plus metered parking on Hollywood Blvd.
